The Nourished Kitchen

Engage in a hands-on culinary learning experience in the Nourished Kitchen!
  All classes taught in the Nourished Kitchen are rich in whole foods with the intention of showing people how to prepare nutrient-rich dishes that feed the body well and promote disease prevention!
All classes are dairy and gluten-free as well.  While there may be meat protein in some recipes - menus can be tailored for vegetarian and/or vegan cooking upon request.

The date night cooking class was so fun and informative.  Very nice intimate setting, great people and we absolutely loved learning new ways to use healthy ingredients and make them taste delicious!
